This service is a great 2 in 1, not only is the air conditioning unit cleaned and sanitised, the whole interior is also sanitised in the process.

This product is designed to remove bacteria, fungi and mould spores that build up in the unit. Circulating unclean air can transmit germs causing illness and poor health. If you suffer from any chest complaints this is something you should definitely consider.

Just because the interior of a vehicle ‘looks’ clean, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it is clean! When you buy a car, it’s an idea to “rid” it of the previous owner!

Zapptizer® disinfecting sanitiser contains active biocides specially created for cleansing and disinfecting both hard and soft surfaces. Zapptizer® is a unique mist spray ensuring effective sanitising and disinfecting of even the most difficult-to-reach areas.

This is a process where clay is used to remove microscopic dirt from pores of your paint work.

After washing the vehicle small amounts of clay are used along with a lubricant to clean the paintwork. This is done in small sections all over the car, the end result is a decontaminated paintwork surface ready for machine polishing to achieve a high gloss finish.

The vehicle will be inspected by one of our expert valeters and you will be advised on what is best for your cars paintwork

This is a superior paint correction polishing process using a machine.

There are 3 stages of machine polishing, starting with a coarse cutting compound polish to remove those deeper swirl marks and scratches, a lighter compound polish is then used along with softer pad to further remove any imperfections that remain, then finally when the car is as perfect as can be a finishing polish is applied to produce a dazzling shine.

We strongly recommend protection is applied after the machine polishing process in order to seal the paintwork and help prevent damage from the elements.

The vehicle will be inspected by one of our expert valeters and you will be advised on what is best for your cars paintwork.

Mould and damp can emit spores around the car that when breathed in can cause problems, especially asthmatics and children.

We offer an antibacterial clean to remove spores from all surfaces. In some cases where seat belts are affected, the damage may have already been done and the marks left may be more than a valeter can assist you with. It is advisable that the whole interior is cleaned even if only one area seems to have been affected because there could be other less obvious areas that the spores may have contaminated that if left un-cleaned may start to produce mould again. We strongly advise to follow this clean up with the odour fogger and air con cleaner.

In our experience the liquid waxes are a good but none provide the deep shine that turns a good paint job into a brilliant paint job. A “real” carnauba wax comes in a paste form, and is made from pure No.1 yellow Carnauba wax. This is extracted from the leaves of the Copernica Cerifera palm tree, which grows in the mountains of north Brazil.

Carnauba is a natural tropical plant wax. The plants extract a jelly like liquid over the leaf to give the plant protection from tropical rain to enable the plant to stand up straight, the rain then washes straight off. The Carnauba is extracted and blended with other 100% natural wax as in a bee wax. The car will have an amazing high gloss wet look finish with a silky feel (preparation work is required). This will last on average 8 months although in some instances, up to a year, depending on the car usage. Or with the highest grade approximately, 12-18 months depending on your maintenance.

Carnauba wax is the preferred car wax of collectors and concours car enthusiasts because it creates a rich, warm glow. It doesn’t appear to sit on the paint. It transforms the paint into a deep, liquid pool that shimmers under changing light conditions. The more carnauba wax, the more shine

Benefits

Carnauba will withstand natural environment elements such as acid rain, industrial fall out road salt, exhaust fumes (which has a dulling effect on paint) and bird mess and tree sap.

Washing the vehicle is made easier with just a small amount of shampoo or just warm bathing to wash off, leather dry is easier and water just falls off. It will leave a wet look finish. We have found it gets better each time you wax the car, as it feeds the paint and builds on the surface.

Many waxes are loaded with polymers, cleaners and white powder. This powder of course, ends up on your window rubbers and under your trim and badges. Carnauba wax contains none of these, just pure Carnauba.

The best way to describe the experience of applying a Carnauba like ‘Harly Wax’ is it’s a bit like taking butter from your fridge and rubbing it into your paintwork; it would cover the whole panel and glide over it with no effort at all. But unlike butter, the wax will haze in about 5 mins, and then buff off with no effort, to produce the most unbelievable shine. (Don’t try butter on you car, it will not make it shine!)

There are many Carnauba Waxes on the market; we like Harly Wax but there are some others with different percentages of carnauba base. We recommend anything over 20% to ensure a good shine. You cannot buy 100% carnauba (unless mixed with other wax) as this would turn it to a concrete substance.

The drawback of carnauba waxes, if you can call it a drawback, is that it does not last as long as a synthetic sealant. A carnauba car wax finish will wear off in approximately 6 to 8 weeks. It depends heavily on the climate in which you live and whether or not your vehicle is garaged. Daily commutes in a hot, humid climate mean a shorter life span for your carnauba wax coat.

The American Wax Importers and Refiners Association grade raw Carnauba Wax according to the number of impurities found in it. As a professional valeting service, we highly recommend Carnauba if you cherish your vehicle and would like to preserve and maintain it.

Frequently asked questions

Is Carnauba Wax suitable for my brand new car?
The answer is yes, Carnauba Wax is suitable for absolutely all paint types, from pre-war Nitrocellulose, to the latest Polyurethane finishes found on all new cars. It’s also good for metallic paint and classic cars

Does Carnauba Wax leave white stains on black bumpers, rubber and matt painted surfaces?
The answer is no, Carnauba Wax contains no powder at all. And does no mark or stain matt black surfaces.

Is Carnauba Wax available in a liquid form?
No, it’s only possible to suspend tiny amounts of carnauba wax in a liquid. This is why the world’s most expensive carnauba wax manufactures such as Zymol and Swissvax do not make liquid wax. If you see a liquid wax that claims to have carnauba wax in it, this may be true, it would be a very small amount.

Paint Sealants – what’s the difference?
Paint sealants are kind of the anti-carnauba. They last a lot longer, they are easy to apply, and there’s nothing natural about them. This is surface science at its best.

A paint sealant is made of polymers, which are composed of tens of thousands of synthetic particles that are linked together. When a sealant bonds to your vehicle’s paint, it forms a rigid shell. It is not the warm carnauba that seems to melt into the paint. Paint sealants sit on top of the paint like a transparent chain metal suit. They are glossy and slick, but carnauba lovers will tell you they do not have the warmth and depth of a carnauba.

An interior with an added “pet” inside is not a straight forward interior and will require more work.

Dog hair is difficult to work with and the interior process is different and therefore may be more expensive. Again we always advise an antibacterial process is applied in these circumstances.

We are able to remove light surface scratches with the machine polish process. A heavy compound polish is used to remove any scratches, we polish the whole panel, this enables us to blend the paintwork to a seamless finish. On rare occasions adjacent panels are recommended to be polished, again for blending in purposes.

This comes in a spray form and is applied to clean interior fabrics and carpets to provide protection against liquid spills and to deter dirt from sticking to the fibres.

We strongly recommend a deep interior valet prior to application to avoid sealing in dirt and stains.
