A mobile service to your home or workplace that is second to none. We are self sufficient and require no power or water. With repeat custom and recommendations from existing clients, we offer discounts and monthly promotions. From commercial fleets, to VIP and celebrity customers we offer basic cleaning through to paint protection system and luxury waxes.

We are renowned for our Event services, travelling nationwide for car launches, auctions, photoshoots and new car preparations. Day rates available.

Our dedicated booking team, trained with the knowledge of all aspects of cleaning, will assist you with your valeting requirements.

Payments and cancellations

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid full charge. This allows other customers to book. Payments are due on completion. Late charges may apply.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note Amex may attract additional charges due to the high rate charges we incur.

Payments can be made by card, cash or bank transfer. Payment links are sent via LC Detailing for your information.

We reserve the right to hold card details for Events, larger bookings such as full valets. Events may involved a 50% proforma.

Booking times

We cannot guarantee times due to the nature of the mobile business, delays at previous customer, weather, equipment failure or other unavoidable issues arising. We endeavour to offer a time window that we aim to arrive within but will not provide updates during that time

Waiting time – time is precious!

Please ensure keys and vehicle is ready to be cleaned. Collection of keys or moving vehicles will incur a waiting time charge, as this impacts on the next customer appointment. We charge £25.00 for every 30 minutes waiting / moving time. This will be added to the valet invoice.

If you are a concierge service, please ensure your client is aware of our T&C’s.

Personal belongings

Please ensure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle, ready to clean. Removal of items or rubbish may result in waiting time charges.

Correct valet booking

Valeters reserve the right to revise the valet if the clean booked is not adequate or unsuitable.

Pet hair removal

Where pet hair is a problem, removal is not included and will therefore be charged FROM £20

Promotions

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional offer. Please check if you have a promotion.
