You will ideally be an experienced valeter, however there are vacancies where training is offered.

Your salary will reflect your skills, with experienced valeters commanding top salaries. In addition you will receive two bonuses. These include a New Business Incentive and a Weekly Sales Target, based on your own abilities.

You will be given the responsibility and luxury of a new Toyota Hiace Powervan, however you may also be required to have your own transport. Full modern uniform and expenses are included. You will secure an existing round of customers with routine bookings, allowing enough room for new clients.

Team meetings ensure crews are briefed on corporate details giving you time to share information with your colleagues, whose knowledge equates to over 50 years of experience. There is scope for internal promotion or movement to different territories. Self-employment is also an option later in your career.
